The fastest way to lower blood sugar is a combination of drinking water, moving your body, and cutting back on sugars and simple carbs. Water helps your kidneys flush excess glucose through urine, while physical activity pulls sugar out of your bloodstream and into your muscles for energy. Those are the immediate levers. For reference, a normal fasting blood sugar is below 100 mg/dL. Between 100 and 125 mg/dL is considered prediabetes, and 126 mg/dL or higher on two separate tests means diabetes.
Drink More Water First
