Circumcised and intact men did not differ in sensitivity for any stimulus type at any penile site. The foreskin itself was more sensitive to light tactile stimulation than other parts of the penis, but this difference didn’t extend to pressure, warmth, or other sensations. Overall sexual functioning scores were also statistically similar between the two groups.

In practical terms, the presence or absence of a foreskin does not appear to meaningfully change how sex feels for most men, though individual variation always exists.
