How to Store Pre-Workout Properly
The three enemies are moisture, heat, and temperature swings. Keep your tub in a cool, dry place at a stable room temperature. A kitchen pantry or bedroom closet works well. Avoid the bathroom, where showers create humidity spikes, and avoid the garage or any space with wide temperature fluctuations. When warm air inside the container cools down, it creates condensation, and that moisture gets absorbed straight into the powder.
Close the lid tightly after every use. Some people toss in a food-safe silica gel packet to absorb stray moisture, which can help in humid climates. If your pre-workout came with a desiccant packet inside, leave it there.
