The best way to “detox” your liver is to support the detoxification system it already has, not to buy a product that claims to do the job for it. Cruciferous Vegetables

Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage contain a compound called sulforaphane that directly boosts your liver’s phase-two detoxification capacity. If you’re looking for a liver “detox,” here’s what the evidence actually supports: stop or reduce alcohol, cut back on added sugar and processed food, eat more vegetables (especially cruciferous ones), get enough protein and choline, drink coffee if you enjoy it, exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight, and sleep well. None of this is glamorous. None of it comes in a box with “detox” on the label. But these are the interventions that align with how your liver actually works, and they’re the ones with real data behind them.
