How to Get Your Energy Back After Being Sick Faster

Recovering your energy after an illness takes longer than most people expect. Even after your main symptoms clear up, fatigue can linger for days to weeks because your body is still repairing itself at a cellular level. The good news is that specific strategies around nutrition, sleep, movement, and mental pacing can meaningfully speed up the process.

Why You Still Feel Exhausted
