Quick Techniques That Lower Heart Rate Now

When your heart rate climbs from anxiety, stress, or a sudden spike, a few physiological tricks can bring it down fast.

The most effective immediate technique is cold water on your face. Splashing cold water across your forehead, cheeks, and the area around your nose activates what’s known as the dive reflex.
