If you’re getting positive results month after month, your body is ovulating. If you test through an entire cycle without a positive, especially more than once, it could point to an ovulatory issue.
Physical Symptoms You Might Notice
Up to 40% of people who ovulate feel a mild pain or twinge on one side of their lower abdomen around the time the egg releases. This is called mittelschmerz.
