How to Naturally Increase Estrogen and Progesterone Levels

Estrogen and progesterone depend on a chain of signals that starts in your brain and ends in your ovaries, with your diet, body composition, stress levels, and nutrient intake influencing every link along the way. You can’t force your body to produce more of either hormone, but you can remove the obstacles that suppress them and provide the raw materials your body needs to make them efficiently.
