Most of the damage people experience is gradual and reversible in its early stages, which means the habits you build today can produce noticeable improvements within a few weeks.

Realistic Timelines for Results
If you’re starting from inflamed, bleeding gums and inconsistent cleaning habits, here’s roughly what to expect. Within the first week of thorough daily brushing and interdental cleaning, bleeding during brushing typically increases before it decreases. This is normal. Your gums are responding to stimulation they haven’t been getting. By two to three weeks, most people notice less bleeding and reduced puffiness.
