Thera-M is an over-the-counter multivitamin and mineral supplement sold in tablet form. It contains a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, including iron, and is used to treat or prevent nutrient deficiencies caused by poor diet, certain illnesses, or pregnancy. What Thera-M Contains

Each Thera-M tablet packs over 30 vitamins, minerals, and trace elements into a single dose. The formula covers all the major vitamins: A, C, D3, E, K, and the full B-complex group (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, and pantothenic acid). On the mineral side, it includes iron (9 mg), calcium (40 mg), magnesium (100 mg), zinc (15 mg), selenium, copper, manganese, iodine, chromium, and molybdenum, among others.
