But if you’re open to less conventional options, game meats and rabbit push even higher. The answer depends on the cut, how it’s prepared, and whether you’re optimizing for pure protein or protein relative to calories.

Skinless chicken breast and turkey breast land in the same range, around 29 to 31 grams.
