The tradeoff is that Pure contains added sugar, so it’s not a zero-calorie option like the classic versions.

A standard serving of Classic Crystal Light has roughly 4 calories and essentially zero grams of carbohydrate. The artificial sweeteners themselves don’t raise blood sugar, which is why Crystal Light is popular among people managing diabetes or watching their carb intake.
