It’s a genuine mismatch between your internal clock and your schedule. People with this condition often get labeled as lazy or undisciplined, but their sleep architecture is normal. It’s just shifted later.
Sleep Apnea and Unrefreshing Sleep
You can spend eight or nine hours in bed and still wake up exhausted if your breathing is repeatedly interrupted overnight.
